At Home Luxury Scents, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If a scent does not meet your expectations, you may return unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team via our online portal or email with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original luxury packaging and include the RMA slip to ensure your return is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
